- 80 mL (1/3 cup) white wine, lager or apple juice
- 5 mL (1 tsp) lemon juice
- Kingsey® preparation for Swiss fondue
- Bring wine (lager or apple juice) to boil. Gradually add the Kingsey® preparation for Swiss fondue and mix until creamy.
- Add lemon juice and simmer for 5 minutes while stirring.
- Remove fondue dish or non-stick pot from heat and put over a burner on the table.
For an Italian fondue, add 60 mL (1/4 cup) of diced tomatoes before serving.
